Diego Villa C. Diego is a Spanish teacher from Bogota, Colombia. He graduated from Universidad de los Andes with a degree in foreign languages (English) and literary studies, years later he got a Post-Graduate Certificate in Spanish teaching (ELE) from Universitat de Barcelona.

Besides his teaching activities he has also worked as a translator for NGOs and he is currently a freelance writer and cultural blogger. His areas of interest include ancient artifacts, monuments, history of religion, astrology, architecture, military and art history. His goal at AHE is to bring hispanic readers closer to universal history.

Diego es profesor de castellano en Bogota, Colombia. Graduado de la Universidad de los Andes en el programa de lenguas extranjeras, tambien alli certifico sus estudios literarios, tiempo despues obtuvo un certificado de postgrado en la instruccion de castellano como lengua extranjera (ELE) de la Universitat de Barcelona.

Ademas de su actividad docente, tambien ha trabajado como traductor para ONGs y actualmente es escritor 'freelance' y 'bloguero' cultural. Sus areas de interes incluyen los artefactos antiguos, los monumentos, la historia de la religiones, la astrologia, la arquitectura, la historia militar y del arte. Su objetivo en AHE es acercar a los lectores hispanos a la historia universal.
