Wounded Amazon, Rome, 150 CE, Marble. Nye Carlsberg Glyptotek (Copenhagen, Denmark). Made with Memento Beta (now ReMake) from AutoDesk.

The amazon has a sword cut under her right arm, from which blood is trickling. It is said that a famous Greek artist competed for the honour of executing a statue of a wounded Amazon for the Temple of Artemis at Ephesos.
