Zorats Karer in Armenia

Zorats Karer--also known as Karahunj, Qarahunj or Carahunge and Carenish--is a prehistoric archaeological site located near the town of Sisian in the Syunik Province of Armenia. It is frequently referred to as the "Armenian Stonehenge." Zorats Karer's construction date is unknown, and it was possibly a necropolis or observatory.
