A survey of Greek mythology on Etruscan graves, starting with a catalogue of the most common myths depicted - the sacrifices of Polyxena and Iphigenia and the recognition of Paris, for example - and instances in Etruscan sarcophagi and urns. This is followed by a discussion of the significance of Greek mythology in Etruscan graves and a catalogue of the monuments.
