The architecture of the scaenae frons in the ancient city of Perge is one of the few stage façades in Asia Minor where a confident reconstruction of its sequencing and the technical and artistic details of its construction is possible. The stone-by-stone reconstruction of the Pergean stage façade and the analysis of its construction history provide new insights into Roman architecture in Asia Minor.
