Biography

Joshua J. Mark Joshua J. Mark is a freelance writer and scholar who has lived in Greece and Germany, traveled through Egypt, and presently lives in upstate New York with his family. He is co-founder, editor, and a director of Ancient History Encyclopedia. He has published short fiction through various literary journals/magazines (Writes for All, Five Stop Story, Pagan Friends, etc) and non-fiction through Celtic Guide, History Ireland, Litro, and Timeless Travels, among others. Mark is a part-time philosophy professor and writing tutor at Marist College and recipient of the Faculty of the Year Award and the Special Services Award of Merit.
